Atelier’s Gesell Outsourcing Teams perform under the direct supervision of Santiago Gesell, AIA, NCARB. He has over 20 years of international experience in both architecture and construction.
Licensed in Nevada, Santiago has performed as both a general contractor and architect, gaining vast experience in high-end residential and hospitality design-build projects.

We transform your ideas into ready-to-use technical drawings and highly parametric AEC Content. Our technical team produces and coordinates documentation using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Archicad, adapting to the levels of detail and graphic standards required by each project.
- BIM modeling in Revit or Archicad: from basic schematics to complete models with LODs 100 to 400.
- Technical drawing in AutoCAD: We work with your templates or adapt our own to ensure visual and technical consistency.
- AEC Content: We create all custom AEC content for your project such as Revit families, AutoCAD blocks, Archicad library parts, and GDL objects, as well as highly parametric BIM objects for industry catalogs.
